Arbour House is available for weekend getaways and week-long retreats. There is a 2 night minimum for all rentals.

Included are fresh linens, towels, hot and cold water, lighting and heat. Firewood is also complimentary. All long distance and local phone calls are included. International calls are only permitted with a calling card. Pricing is effective for rentals booked after January 1, 2007.

Smoking is only permitted outdoors (patio OK). We love pets, but they are only premitted with prior permission.

A security deposit or $400 for weekend / weekly rentals and 30% for longer rentals is required to reserve the rental. The full amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period. Cancellations will have a full refund if they are received at least 30 days prior to the start of the rental. Cancellations received within 30 days of the rental start will have half the deposit refunded. An $80 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the end of the rental.
